In the small town of Mountain City, Tennessee, the life of 49-year-old Teddy Allen Street was tragically cut short on November 14, 2020. The investigation into the shooting quickly identified a suspect, 55-year-old Jimmy Gale Morefield. When initially questioned by the Mountain City Police Department, Morefield claimed that he had shot Street in self-defense and was released.
