Robert Howard, a 30-year-old African American man from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically killed on January 5, 2021. Howard, who was a father of three and had a passion for music, was allegedly kidnapped and murdered by an on-duty Memphis Police officer, Patric Ferguson. The incident has left Howard's family devastated and searching for answers.
