On a Sunday evening in Memphis, Tennessee, the life of 29-year-old Larry Jr. Hines was tragically cut short. Just before 7:30 p.m. on September 11, 2016, police responded to a call in the 1800 block of Whitney in the Frayser neighborhood. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered Hines had sustained a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the location.
