In the summer of 2021, a celebration in Memphis, Tennessee, turned into a scene of unimaginable tragedy, forever altering the lives of those present. On July 7th, ten-year-old Madison Alescya Jones, an African American girl, attended a birthday party at an apartment on Nash Drive in the southeast part of Shelby County.
