Broderick Gipson, a 36-year-old African American man from Knoxville, TN, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2021. He was fatally shot at the Ball Gentleman's Club on Alcoa Highway around 4 a.m. Gipson was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound. The incident occurred during an altercation, and two other individuals were also injured, though their injuries were non-life-threatening.
