A 19-year-old male, Trinnis L. Cooks, died from a gunshot wound in Knoxville, Tennessee on July 11, 2022. Police responded to a call about a self-inflicted gunshot at a residence on Mossy Oaks Lane. Upon investigation, what initially appeared to be a suicide was treated as a potential homicide.
