On July 22, 2022, Kentrail Williams, a 23-year-old male from Antioch, Tennessee, was shot and killed outside a Thorntons gas station on Eagle View Boulevard at Bell Road. According to preliminary investigations, Williams was inside the convenience store when the gunman waited for him to exit. Once Williams left the store, the gunman approached him and opened fire. Williams was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
