Jonathan Ray Rollins, a 47-year-old male from Winchester, Tennessee, was fatally shot on Sunday, November 20, 2022. The incident occurred in the afternoon at a residence on Freedom Lane. Initially, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a burglary in progress at the location. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Rollins with at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems in Winchester, where he was pronounced dead.
