Phillip M. Glass, a 31-year-old man from Elizabethton, TN, tragically lost his life on December 1, 2022. He was found fatally shot inside a vehicle on Oakmont Drive in the early hours of that morning. Glass had been planning to meet his niece and travel to North Carolina to visit his mother, but he never made it out of Elizabethton.
