Johnnie Taylor II, a 45-year-old man from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically shot and killed on December 22, 2022. The incident occurred in the 3900 block of Piermont Street in northeast Shelby County. Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene by Shelby County Fire Department personnel.
