On the rainy morning of October 5, 1995, William 'Billy' Veasey, a 35-year-old male, left his South Philadelphia home to grab coffee. It was a routine start to a day that would end in his brutal murder, a calculated act of violence that reverberated through the city's notorious mob landscape. As Veasey stopped his GMC Jimmy at a stop sign just a block from his house, two men rushed the vehicle and opened fire.
