Ronald Anderson, a 30-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically died on April 11, 2002. He was a pizza deliveryman who was killed during an attempted robbery. On the night of his death, Anderson was delivering pizza on the 2500 block of Massey Street in Philadelphia when he was approached by gunmen who demanded his money. During the robbery, Anderson was shot in the back and subsequently collapsed. He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
