Joseph P. Dickerson III, a 35-year-old African American male from Chester, PA, tragically died on June 21, 2009. Known affectionately as "Joe Buzz" or "Brent," Dickerson was a lifelong resident of Chester and a graduate of Chester High School. He worked as a laborer for Westaff in Media. His death occurred at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, and he was buried in Chester Rural Cemetery.
