Devon Williams, a 27-year-old African American man from Chester, PA, was tragically shot and killed on May 28, 2012. The incident occurred on Memorial Day at 21st and Edgemont in Chester. Williams was the son of the Rev. Calvin Williams of the Temple of Brotherly Love in Chester. He was well-loved by his family and community, known for his kind-hearted nature and dedication to his loved ones.
