Javonne Chappell, a 17-year-old male student at Chester High School, was tragically shot and killed on May 21, 2010, in Chester, Pennsylvania. He was born in Chester and was an 11th-grade student who loved playing basketball. Javonne was speaking on his cell phone when he was shot on a city sidewalk in the 1200 block of Pine Lane.
