In a Chester neighborhood known for its history of violence, the life of 36-year-old Keith Khalif Edmonds was cut short in a brutal act that, to this day, remains a somber mystery. On a late Sunday evening in June 2010, just after 11 p.m., Edmonds was discovered in the Highland Park neighborhood. He was found inside a rented white Dodge Caravan parked on Boyle Street, a street that once lent its name to a notorious local gang.
