Waleef J. Kane, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on June 28, 2013, in Chester, PA. He was born on April 27, 1991, to Lisa Logan Dupree and Gerald Kane. Waleef was educated in the Chester Upland School district and graduated from Chester High School with the class of 2010.
