Fredrick Douglas, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2014, in Homewood, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot near Kedron Street and North Lang Avenue around 6:30 p.m. When police arrived at the scene, they found Douglas lying unresponsive in the street.
