Devin Bullock, a 19-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2014, in Philadelphia, PA. He was a high school basketball star who was shot in Brewerytown, a neighborhood in Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. when a gunman opened fire at 25th Thompson Streets. Bullock was wounded in the attack and succumbed to his injuries later that day.
