Alexis Guevara, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 13, 2014, in Philadelphia, PA. He was fatally shot outside the Dell Music Center in Fairmount Park during a concert aimed at promoting peace and reducing violence in the city.
