On September 8, 2014, Alexis Nogueras-Torres, a 44-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed in Reading, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Alexis was in his girlfriend's apartment. Alexis's girlfriend's ex-boyfriend, David Lopez-Clinton, forcibly entered the apartment and shot Alexis in front of the girlfriend and her 14-year-old child.
