In the Sun Village neighborhood of Chester, Pennsylvania, a confrontation inside a home on Hancock Street on September 17, 2014, turned fatal for 49-year-old Robert Dewees. The male victim was at the residence when two men, Javier Rodriguez and Aaron Jackson, arrived with the intention of purchasing pills.
