Robert Dewees, a 49-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2014. The incident occurred inside a home on Hancock Street in Chester’s Sun Village. Dewees was involved in a confrontation with two men, Javier Rodriguez and Aaron Jackson, who had come to the house to purchase pills. When Dewees refused to sell the pills, an argument ensued, leading to a physical altercation.
