Dr. David Daley, a 59-year-old male psychiatrist from Williamsport, PA, died on November 13, 2014. He was found along the Susquehanna River near the Maynard Street Bridge in Williamsport. The coroner ruled his death a suicide, noting that it appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Daley had been facing the possibility of more than 20 years in state prison for breaking prescription medication laws and providing drug addicts with easy access to painkillers.
