Mijael Rodriguez-Ramirez, a 24-year-old Dominican Republic native, was tragically killed on January 3, 2015, in Philadelphia, PA. Rodriguez-Ramirez, who had recently moved to the United States and worked as a part-time limo driver, was shot and killed during a robbery.
