Lloyd Earl Reed Jr., a 54-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was a dedicated police officer with the St. Clair Township Police Department in Pennsylvania. On November 28, 2015, Officer Reed responded to a domestic disturbance call at a home on Ligonier Street in New Florence.
