Vance Neset, a 43-year-old Caucasian male from Williston, North Dakota, died on July 14, 2017. His death was the result of a shooting that occurred in the early morning hours. Williston police officers responded to a report of a man being shot shortly before 3 a.m. Neset was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
