Raymone M. Davis, a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on December 4, 2015, in Pittsburgh, PA. Davis was involved in an attempted bank robbery at the First Niagara Bank on Shiloh Street in Mount Washington. During the robbery, Davis presented a firearm and ordered everyone in the bank to the ground.
