Timothy McGorder, a 29-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2016, in Philadelphia, PA. At around 7:20 a.m., police officers responded to a call at the 1800 block of West Sulis Street and found McGorder lying on the steps of a residence with gunshot wounds to his chest and back. Despite the immediate medical attention he received, McGorder did not survive.
