Eric Bivins, a 29-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on June 11, 2016, in a Hill District apartment in Pittsburgh, PA. According to court records, Bivins was lying on the living room couch when another man in the home, Jenkins Everett, fired four shots into his head and chest without any prior argument or threat of violence. Witnesses present at the scene did not observe any aggression between Bivins and Everett before the shooting.
