Fred Orson Barnes, a 46-year-old man from Elmira, New York, tragically died on June 21, 2016, in Gillett, Pennsylvania. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the chest, and the manner of death was ruled as homicide. The incident occurred at the residence of his brother, Daryl Barnes, in Ridgebury Township, Bradford County.
