Justin Clark, a 16-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Penn Hills, was fatally shot on March 23, 2015, in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Clark was shot in the chest outside a housing complex on Trefoil Drive while attempting to sell a handgun. The incident occurred when Deonte Howell and another individual, later identified as Darnell Burks, attempted to rob Clark instead of purchasing the gun.
