Dustin Lee Miller, a 33-year-old male, tragically died on June 23, 2016, in Hamburg, PA. According to reports, Dustin was involved in an altercation where he was reportedly beating on cars and threatening drivers. Witnesses say that during this incident, Dustin was shot by the driver of one of the vehicles he had stopped. The incident occurred on Locust Avenue around 4:45 p.m.
