Robert Jackson, a 29-year-old man from Buffalo, New York, was fatally shot on April 25, 2009. His death was one among several homicides that remain unsolved in the city. Jackson's case is part of Buffalo's larger challenge with cold cases, as the city has seen numerous murders that continue to go without resolution. Law enforcement continues to use new forensic technologies and community outreach efforts to seek information about his death, but as of now, justice has not been served.
