In the winter of 2020, the life of 43-year-old Roger Keith 'Bud' Grim Jr. was cut short in what police are investigating as a homicide. A White male, Mr. Grim was found deceased on Sunday, January 19, 2020. His body was discovered in Perry Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania, along Fox Hill Road, where he had been shot multiple times in the torso.
The investigation into his death revealed a scene with few initial answers. State police reported finding Mr.
Grim in front of his running pickup truck. Nearby, investigators recovered spent shell casings and a broken pair of eyeglasses. The presence of fresh tire marks on the road and debris on Mr. Grim's body suggested that a vehicle had left the area in a hurry. The last known sighting of Mr. Grim was at the Old Station Bar & Grill in Waynesburg. Surveillance footage showed him leaving the establishment by himself, and authorities have stated that there were no reported issues involving him at the bar that evening.
As of the latest reports, the case remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made. Pennsylvania State Police are actively seeking information from the public to help piece together the events that led to Mr. Grim's death.
