Antonio Troutman, a 19-year-old male from Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2016, after being shot near a Wendy's restaurant in the Penn Avenue business district of Wilkinsburg. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m., when Troutman was found in a parking lot across from Khan Medical Associates. He was shot in the neck and later pronounced dead at UPMC. Witnesses reported that Troutman ran from the shooting location to the parking lot, where he collapsed.
