In the early morning hours of October 17, 2016, the life of 26-year-old Richard McClinton Jr. of North Braddock, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. A woman taking a walk along a trail near the Hawkins Village housing complex in Rankin discovered his body and immediately contacted the authorities.
