In the winter of 2021, a young man’s life was cut short in a burst of violence that has so far left more questions than answers. Tyler Lewis Wade-Jackson, a 20-year-old Black male from Penn Hills, was found with a gunshot wound on the evening of December 6th at the Palisades Manor apartment complex on Rankin Boulevard in Rankin, a community near Braddock, Pennsylvania.
