Tyler Lewis Wade-Jackson, a 20-year-old man from Penn Hills, was tragically shot and killed on December 6, 2021, in Rankin, Pennsylvania. He was found at the Palisades Manor apartment complex on Rankin Boulevard, and despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Allegheny County police were called to the scene and launched an investigation into his death.
