Walter Glenn III, a 27-year-old African American man from East Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2015, in Braddock, PA. He was fatally shot outside Ray & Jerry's Bar on Fleet Street in Rankin, PA, around 10:30 p.m. Glenn was one of two victims who were shot that night. The other victim was wounded and transported to a local hospital, but tragically, Glenn succumbed to his injuries.
