Francisco Cruz-Williams, a 26-year-old man from Allentown, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on January 4, 2017. He was shot twice in his chest while sitting in his parked BMW near Ninth and Allen streets. Witnesses reported that Cruz-Williams managed to stumble out of his car but collapsed in a nearby alley, where he was later pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
