Jordan Michael Mapstone, a 24-year-old male from Uniontown, PA, tragically died on February 26, 2017, at Uniontown Hospital. He was born on May 27, 1992, and was of African American ethnicity. Jordan was a loving father to three young children and was remembered fondly by his family and friends for his kind and genuine nature.
