In the small community of York Springs, Pennsylvania, the life of Tracy Dwight Williams, a 48-year-old White male, came to a tragic and abrupt end on March 19, 2017. A flooring technician and installer by trade, Williams was known for his love of tinkering with cars, riding motorcycles, and hunting. His death, caused by a single gunshot wound to the chest, was ruled a homicide, sending ripples of shock through the quiet town.
