Coleen Waterman, aged 47, was found dead on February 8, 2011, at the Ramada Inn on Lombard Street in San Francisco. Her body was discovered in a hotel room with signs of trauma, and her death was initially labeled suspicious. Coleen and her husband, Billy Waterman, had been reported missing from Riverside County prior to her death. Billy was identified as a person of interest in the case, but after their vehicle was found abandoned near Devil's Slide, no trace of him was discovered, leaving ques ...
