Jacob L. Rosario, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 18, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying in the street on the 2100 block of East Williams Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response from Philadelphia Police officers and efforts by medical staff at Temple University Hospital, Jacob was pronounced deceased early the next morning.
