Tyrique LeLaun Tate, a 19-year-old African American male from Erie, PA, tragically passed away on June 20, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital. Initially, his death was ruled a homicide after he was found with a gunshot wound to the head during a shooting incident on June 19, 2017. The incident occurred in the 600 block of East 24th Street, where six people were involved, including four inside a vehicle and two outside.
