Tyrique LeLaun Tate, a 19-year-old African American male from Erie, PA, tragically passed away on June 20, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital. Initially, his death was ruled a homicide after he was found with a gunshot wound to the head during a shooting incident on June 19, 2017.
