Bob DePaul, a 45-year-old man from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically killed on July 16, 2017. He was found shot to death alongside his girlfriend, August Dempsey, in a breezeway on the 4700 block of James Street. Both victims had gunshot wounds to their heads and backs, which were determined to be the cause of death.
