Shaquan Cruz-Chappell, a 28-year-old male from Chester, PA, was tragically killed on July 21, 2017. He was found in the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on West Ninth Street and Highland Avenue. Surveillance video showed three males exiting a light blue Buick and opening fire on Cruz-Chappell, who was on his bicycle at the time.
