Carlos J. Luna Polanco, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on September 16, 2017, in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. He succumbed to injuries from a gunshot wound at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton. The incident occurred at Pine Street Park, where Carlos was an unintended target.
