Lezra Rice, a 15-year-old African American male from North Braddock, PA, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2017, in Duquesne, PA. He was fatally shot in the head, and the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office ruled his death a homicide. The incident occurred in the 400 block of Williams Street, and Rice was pronounced dead at a hospital shortly after being found unresponsive.
