Merlos Mukaj, a 21-year-old Albanian immigrant, was tragically shot and killed on November 28, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. Mukaj, who was a bartender at Dahlak Paradise in West Philly, was arguing with his girlfriend near 35th Street and Lancaster Avenue when the incident occurred.
