Kervin Lee Garcia, a 28-year-old man from Wilkes-Barre, PA, was tragically killed on December 7, 2017. According to police reports, Garcia was shot in the neck and face at his doorstep around 9:50 p.m. The Luzerne County Coroner’s Office determined the cause of death to be a gunshot to the head, and the manner of death was ruled as homicide.
